Our Team Remain On Hand To Support You

With lockdown in England commencing today, read what we are doing over the coming weeks to support you.

With lockdown in England commencing today, Thursday 5 November, we wanted to keep you informed as to how we will be operating over the coming weeks, to ensure we are both supporting our learner and employers’ needs throughout the lockdown whilst fully adhering to Government guidelines.

As an education establishment, we will be remaining open.  The Government is continuing to prioritise the wellbeing and long-term futures of our young people and will not be closing core educational facilities. This means that our apprentices will continue with their off-the-job training through our blended delivery of face-to-face sessions, Microsoft Teams and online learning.

We are operating a COVID safe training centre and full social distancing practices are in place to ensure both learner and staff safety. All staff and learners are required to wear face coverings when moving around indoors, such as in corridors and communal areas where social distancing is difficult to maintain.

Our Business Development Team continues to be available to discuss any training requirements and support you organising programmes for any furloughed staff. Don't forget that furloughed staff can still train! We can discuss this with you remotely via Teams or over the phone; we can give you advice on the right programmes, complete any paperwork electronically and start learning straight away!

Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

We look forward to being of service over the coming weeks should you need us.

Stay safe!
