A local estate agent is looking for a highly motivated individual who has the drive and passion to start a career within the Maintenance Department within this forward-thinking, fast-paced, highly customer-focused environment. 

The role will be extremely varied, with responsibilities to include:

  • Inputting data and detailing all conversations, including emails, into the MIS System
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants regularly by telephone discussing maintenance issues
  • Dealing and responding to emails
  • Building up relationships with contractors
  • Dealing with the invoices to ensure contractors paid on time
  • Excellent progress opportunities for the right person.
