An exciting opportunity has arisen at Brewer Wallace for a dynamic, highly adaptable, and self-motivated individual to join their conveyancing team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be required to work comfortably in a faced paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times.

This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has already completed a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship/NVQ or has some previous office experience (or equivalent).

The successful applicant will be required to provide essential administrative support to a busy team of solicitors and case handlers, with duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Accessing and updating title records on the HM Land Registry portal
  • Copying and scanning documents
  • Answering calls from clients and HM Land Registry
  • Updating the case management system
  • Keeping lenders up to date using LMS/Lender Exchange and letters
  • Dealing with basic client enquiries over the telephone
  • Filing
  • Sorting and matching incoming post
  • General administration duties
