The successful candidate will be based in Grimsby working as part of a highly customer focussed and inclusive team, providing administration support for the business and project coordinators. This role requires someone who has excellent oral and written communication skills, an understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, along with the desire to help build the business and provide the best service to the community. 

Typical duties will include:

  • Data input - financial and personal information
  • Adherence to funding rules, GDPR and confidentiality agreements
  • Filing - creation and maintenance of both electronic and paper systems
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Emailing - dealing with enquiries
  • Using and maintaining recently implemented CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service via email, telephone and face to face
  • Provide administration support to Project Coordinators including checking of registers and input of client data
  • Taking part and minuting team meetings
  • Possible development into payroll duties in the future
