The main purpose of the job is to provide office support to the Group SHE and Supply Chain departments and Stallingborough Site.

Accountabilities include:

  • Providing general office support including customer and employee support
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Organise business travel and accommodation
  • Keeping computer databases up to date
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the appropriate department
  • Raise and process purchase requisitions and handle invoice queries linked to these
  • Organise the dispatch of customer samples
  • Collecting and sorting post
  • Scheduling appointments and events
  • Ordering office stationery and other supplies
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Ensure compliance with and continuous improvement of all site Safety Health & Environment (SHE) and Quality Management Systems procedures within area of responsibility
  • General ad-hoc office duties

Pay rate is negotiable. This will be at least the apprenticeship minimum wage; however, it may be significantly more depending on skills and experience.
