Customer Service Apprentice (Grimsby)

If you are interested in working for one of the areas largest importers of goods then this apprenticeship could be for you! This fantastic opportunity needs someone who is confident and committed to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. Good communication skills are essential! 

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer queries either via phone or on one of our eCommerce channels.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers.
  • Correctly process returns and refunds.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • General customer service jobs
  • Occasional management of social media accounts or live chat.
