Customer Service Sales and Marketing Apprentice (Hessle)

If you are an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in sales and marketing, then we want to work with you. With this role you are given the opportunity to get involved and gain experience in both fast-paced and dynamic external marketing activity and sales operations and then analysis, working with internal teams.

In addition to the job responsibilities, you must be an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organisational abilities. The successful candidate will also have a strong knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our clients company to potential leads
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers for our clients and our clients
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans that our clients offer
