Data Administration Assistant Apprentice

Located in newly refurbished offices in Grimsby, Coast Services are looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail and a genuine interest in beginning a career with their rapidly growing business, where customer service is key to its success.

The successful candidate will possess some previous administration experience, good IT skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to developing their skills and knowledge to meet both their own and business needs.  

Working in a live environment this role will be extremely varied with responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Administration tasks including electronic and paper filing, providing administration support to other departments
• Dealing with and responding to telephone and email enquiries
• Compiling and analysing sales and call out data
• Creating sales league tables
• Advising teams of potential problems through data analysis
• Chasing aged debtors
• Compiling aged debtor database and analysis of this
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
