Data Administration Assistant Apprentice (Hull)

Orchard Training and Education are looking to recruit a motivated and dedicated individual to provide effective support to the Quality Team with the implementation of all quality assurance and improvement processes. The successful candidate will be well organised and efficient, possess strong ICT skills and have excellent attention to detail.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, direct callers, deal with queries, take messages and forward as appropriate.
  • Handle internal and external enquires (including employers and learners, both via telephone and face to face) providing effective and efficient customer service.
  • Support the team members with general and specific administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Send and receive emails internally and externally.
  • Prioritise workload, be flexible to changing deadlines and pay close attention to detail.
  • Operate information technology effectively, especially Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Treat confidential information correctly.
  • Ensuring all data is of high quality ready to be submitted for monthly reporting.
  • Manage a database and produce reports to identify learner eligibility, improvement requirements and identifying trends in data.
  • Check all data is accurate and up to date and meets the required standard.
  • Working with colleagues to review, produce and organise all records relating to Quality processes.
  • Collecting learner and employer feedback to produce detailed analysis reports.
  • Liaise with learners and employers to discuss progress and coordinate visits/reviews.
  • Consistently follow all Quality improvement processes.

Please note the weekly wage will be reviewed and increased throughout the duration of the apprenticeship subject to meeting performance targets.
