Lettings Administrator Apprentice (Hornsea)

If you are an amazing self-motivated and confident individual who wants to work within a top performing, highly customer focused local estate agent in Hornsea then keep reading! This opportunity will give the right candidate the chance to complete the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship and progress their career within HPS.

The role will be extremely varied, including face to face customer contact and undertaking all aspects of general administration with responsibilities to include:

  • Meeting and Greeting Customers
  • Arranging property viewings
  • Calling clients for feedback on viewings
  • Preparing other staff members diaries
  • Booking property inspections with tenants
  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Handling mail
  • Making up client files
  • Data input for rental applications
  • Managing applicant database
  • Assisting with property viewings

As part of this apprenticeship, your wages will be reviewed against your performance giving you the opportunity for wage increases throughout the programme.
