An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic, to join the team at with a local property management company. The successful candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure and the passion to deliver excellent customer service.

Based in central Grimsby, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Level 2 Business Administration Diploma alongside being trained to perform the following duties:

  • Monitoring in house systems for jobs logged by clients
  • Actioning jobs in a timely fashion
  • Booking contractors to attend clients, recording jobs, visits, progress and notifying clients
  • Fleet management
  • E-mail and diary management
  • Password management
  • Reception duties
  • Answering and making telephone calls
  • Booking meetings and calendar management
  • Policies management
  • Dealing with post daily
  • Archiving and filing
  • Some HR duties
  • Assisting directors with a variety of duties including document preparation, digital filing, attending meetings as necessary to take minutes and circulate appropriately
