  • Management and distribution of incoming and outgoing post/parcels.
  • Answering incoming messages via telephone and email communications.
  • Greet any visitors to the offices in a professional manner and provide refreshments when appropriate.
  • Assist with monitoring of production staff timecards.
  • Updating and recording data accurately in our Excel spreadsheets.
  • Scanning and sorting of documents on to a secure drive.
  • Creating sales folders and printing of shipment documents.
