B G Solicitors are looking for a dynamic, adaptable and self-motivated individual to join their team as an Administration Apprentice in the Property Department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be required to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment whilst remaining professional at all times.

Responsibilities include - Conveyancing Tasks

  • Support the team members with general and specific administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage companies and individuals both in the office and over the telephone.
  • Handle internal and external enquires, both via telephone and face to face, providing effective and efficient customer service.
  • File creation and client care correspondence.
  • Obtaining title documents. 
  • Submitting searches.
  • Preparing Stamp Duty forms. 
  • Preparing completion statements and invoices.
  • Preparing all necessary accounts forms and understanding client ledgers.
  • Dealing with pre-completion requisitions; file closing and managing deed storage.
