Sales Administrator / Customer Service Apprentice

Crofts Estate Agents are looking for a highly motivated individual who has the drive and passion to start a career in the estate agency industry within this forward-thinking, fast-paced, highly customer-focused environment. 

The role will be extremely varied, undertaking all aspects of general administration with responsibilities to include:

• Meeting and greeting customers
• Arranging property viewings and calling for feedback
• Administration of property files
• Filing and Photocopying
• Changing the window display
• Managing the applicant database
• Preparing other staff members diaries
