A local car dealership in Grimsby are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, driven individual to join their highly customer focussed sales team. The successful candidate will posses strong communication and listening skills, be eager to learn and dedicated to providing customer service to the highest standard.

The succesful candidates Key responsibiltites and duties will include:

  • Take on responsibilities which result in supporting the Experienced Sales Executive’s time, allowing them to focus on delivering more business through tasks that require their enriched skillset
  • Ensure /support the customer experience is enhanced to the highest capacity at all times
  • To provide support and flexibility on tasks delegated by the Sales Executive, General Manager , Sales Manager & Showroom Manager, to create a seamless collaborative experience and exceed customer expectations through robust process implementation , being very well organized

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of order and associated documentation at point of order, as well as giving a Hartwell welcome pack. The Sales Apprentice should ensure the customer is fully content when leaving the dealership and fully explain all the information the customer requires, including all our value products and services
  • Being a point of contact for customers between order taking and vehicle handover and then dealing with the vehicle delivery
  • Working closely with the aftersales department ensuring vehicles are ready at an agreed time, in the right condition
  • All paperwork and documentation is prepared and ready
  • Dealer fitted accessories that have been purchased are fitted or available
  • Value added products have been applied
  • Movement of vehicles on site and checking of vehicle mileage (Driving licence required)
  • Administration documents prior to handover completion. This includes all documents relating to the part exchange, introduction to service, parts, and warranty, and ensuring everything is complete so the handover runs smoothly
  • Welcoming back customers at the dealership for their handover, ensuring the experience is a special and memorable occasion
  • At all times liaising with the Sales Executive to ensure they are kept fully informed of progress and issues
