Avant Skills Academy is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Programme Tutor Assessor to deliver engaging, high-quality training and support to learners across our Administration Assistant, Business Administrator and Customer Service programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working in education, or an experienced industry professional who would like to move into training and share their knowledge, skills and experience with the next generation. If you are not a qualified teacher/tutor, don’t worry, we will put you through your teaching qualification!

You will need:

  • Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • The confidence to work with both learners and employers.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to explain workplace concepts clearly and bring them to life through real industry examples.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality learner outcomes.
  • Relevant teaching and/or assessor qualifications are desirable, but we also welcome applications from experienced industry professionals willing to work towards them.
