Every organisation is at a different stage of AI adoption.
Some employers may benefit from developing their leadership teams across all three areas. Others may have a specific requirement that can be addressed through an individual unit.
We’re inviting employers to register their interest in one or more of our Level 5 AI Leadership units, helping us understand demand and shape delivery arrangements for 2027.
Who can participate?
The Level 5 apprenticeship units are aimed at employed individuals aged 19 or over who work in leadership positions and have responsibility for technological change and influencing investment decisions.
Eligibility and suitability will be discussed as part of the enquiry process.
Funding and delivery
Each unit is based on an approved Level 5 apprenticeship unit with a minimum of 30 training hours.
Funding is currently available for eligible learners, subject to the applicable rules.
Avant plans to offer blended learning, with the specific schedule and cohort arrangements informed by employer demand.
