Description

A Level 3 Data and Office Apprentice is required. This role offers hands-on experience in managing and analysing data, maintaining system security, and providing technical support. Youโ€™ll develop essential IT skills and gain practical knowledge in data handling and troubleshooting. What will the apprentice be doing?

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and ordering stock
  • Collect, analyse, and report on data to support business operations
  • Input employee and client data accurately into various operational platforms
  • Maintain data security and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Troubleshoot business systems and assist with technical upgrades and maintenance.

Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role during the apprenticeship

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • Qualification: You'll earn a Level 3 in Data Technician at the end of your apprenticeship
  • Training Location: Your on-the-job training will take place at Eco Brite in Hull
  • Off-the-Job Training: 20% of your training will be held at Avant Skills Academy Centre in Hull city centre
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required
