We also support all our apprentices to ensure that they learn the skills they need to succeed within your business, and get the best results possible in their EPA (end point assessment). Here’s some of the benefits of hiring an apprentice through Avant Skills Academy:

Train Future Talent

Some apprentices come on board with no prior experience in content creation, but they have the potential to excel in this career. This means they’ll come to you with no outdated knowledge they have to unlearn, so you can teach them exactly the way you want them to work. With the skills they pick up from us during the classroom learning portion (from writing copy to creating short form videos) combined with the experience they gain through their job, by the time the apprentice ends you’ll be left with a member of staff that fits perfectly into your team with the knowledge and means to grow within your company if the opportunity arises.

Fresh Thinking

Apprentices often come with new ways of thinking. Since they are looking at your brand with a new set of eyes, they can spot improvements and different ways of doing things that you may not have even thought of yourself. Whether that’s a new way of approaching your social media or a creative graphic design you can use to update your website. These fresh ideas combined with classroom guidance and daily practice encourages experimentation inside the boundaries you set, so you can keep your brand moving in the direction you want.

Fill Vacancies

Another benefit of choosing a content creator apprenticeship provider is that you’re able to fill positions within your company. If you’re finding that you’re having to replace marketing positions regularly or that you’re struggling to recruit content roles, an apprentice is a great solution. Many up and coming content creators go for apprenticeships as it’s their way of getting their foot in the door. But once you hire one, they’re more likely to stay with you as you support them through getting their qualification and give them the opportunity to grow within your team.
