What leadership and management training does Avant offer?
Avant offers the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship and Level 5 AI Leadership apprenticeship units. These provide opportunities for employers to develop project management capabilities and strengthen their organisation’s approach to AI adoption and transformation.
Can existing employees undertake this training?
Yes. Both training pathways are aimed at developing existing employees. The Associate Project Manager apprenticeship is suitable for employees who have, or are moving into, project responsibilities. The AI Leadership units are intended for managers and decision-makers involved in AI strategy and organisational change.
Are the AI Leadership units a full apprenticeship?
No. The Level 5 AI Leadership offer consists of individual apprenticeship units rather than a complete Level 5 management apprenticeship. Employers can explore the units relevant to their development needs.
When will the AI Leadership training be available?
Avant is currently inviting expressions of interest for AI Leadership training planned for 2027. Employers can contact our team to discuss the units and receive updates about delivery arrangements.
Is funding available for leadership and management training?
Funding and eligibility depend on the training pathway and employer circumstances. Apprenticeship funding may be available for eligible Associate Project Manager apprentices. The government will fully fund AI Leadership units.
