If you need training to improve your career prospects, we have training provision that could meet your needs.

As a partnership we can deliver qualifications and skills development in the following sector subject areas:

  • Administration
  • Building and Construction
  • Business Management
  • Child Development and Well Being
  • Customer Service
  • Education and Training
  • Foundations for Learning and Work
  • Hairdressing
  • Health and Social Care
  • Information Technology
  • Preparation for Work

Full funding* for the training may be provided by the Skills Funding Agency or this could be co-funded at 50%* of the full funding rate therefore there will be an expectation that you will contribute the remaining funding for delivery.

Currently, if you are aged, 24 or above and wanting to undertake accredited training at Level 3 and Level 4 (such as Certificates or Diplomas), you will be expected to take out an Advanced Learner Loan or fund the training yourself.

Getting a Loan doesn’t depend on your household income and there’s no credit check. You won’t have to pay anything back until you’re earning over £21,000 a year. Once you earn over this amount you pay back 9% of the earnings you receive above this figure.

You may also be able to receive an Advanced Learner Loan Bursary Fund which can help you if you have any support needs, for example if you need help with your learning, or help with childcare or residential costs.

From August 2016, Advanced learner loans is being expanded so they are available to everyone aged 19 and over and for study at level 3 to level 6**.

Contact us to discuss your needs and we will do the rest.
