An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and organised Reception & Delivery Administrator to join our team at our Hull training centre. This vacancy has become available due to an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to developing and progressing our staff.

As the first point of contact for visitors, learners, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day administration of training delivery. This varied role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy and rewarding environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service, managing calls, emails, visitors, and customer enquiries.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day administration of the training centre, including learner records, attendance, bookings, and general office duties.
  • Assist with learner recruitment, initial assessments, and maintaining management information systems such as BKSB and OneFile.
  • Help promote the organisation through events, marketing materials, and social media activity while ensuring the centre remains organised and professional.

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong administration and IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work proactively, manage priorities, and adapt in a busy training centre environment.
  • A team player committed to professionalism, safeguarding, equality and diversity, and supporting learners and employers.
